Terms of Sale

The conditions under which equipment is quoted, sold and shipped.

1. Quotes

A quote is valid for the period stated on it, for the quantities and the delivery address it names. Prices shown on this site are references; the binding price is the one on the written quote, and it includes freight when the quote says so.

2. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when the quote is accepted in writing and the payment terms on it are met. Goods ship after payment clears unless credit terms were agreed in writing.

3. Delivery

Lead times are confirmed at acceptance. Goods travel with the carrier named on the invoice; check the packing list on arrival and note any damage on the carrier receipt before signing.

4. Fitness and installation

Shelving is supplied for the load rating printed on the quote; filtration housings for the flow and pressure stated by the manufacturer. Installation is the buyer's responsibility unless quoted.

5. Warranty

Manufacturing defects are covered for the period stated on the invoice. Wear, misuse and damage in transit not noted at delivery are excluded.
