Privacy Policy

What a quote requires, what stays on the customer account, and how to have it removed.

1. The quote

A quote requires the name of the business, a delivery address for freight and a person to answer for it. We do not ask for anything else to give a price.

2. The order

An accepted quote becomes an order and an invoice, and the details the invoice requires by law are recorded with it: the registered name and number of the buyer and the address of delivery. These are kept for as long as tax law obliges.

3. The account

Quotes, orders and the fittings that shipped stay on the account so a reorder can be matched to the original and a warranty claim can be traced to a serial number. This is operational memory, not marketing data.

4. Who else sees it

The carrier sees the address and the contact for delivery. The bank sees the payment. Nobody else, except under a lawful request, and then only what the request names.

5. Your requests

Ask for a copy of the account, a correction, or the deletion of quotes that did not become orders. Write to the address in the company information below and quote the quote or invoice number.
