Cancellation and Returns

Cancelling an order, returning equipment, and how money is returned.

Nothing is sold on this page

This site has no online checkout. Sales are made by quote and invoice; this page states the rules that apply to them.

Cancelling before shipment

An order cancelled in writing before the goods leave stock is refunded in full, less any custom work already done on your instruction, itemised in the refund note.

Returning after delivery

Standard items in original condition and packaging may be returned within fourteen days of delivery; return freight is the buyer's unless the fault was ours. Custom colours and cut lengths are not returnable.

Defective or wrong items

Report them within seven days with photographs and the invoice number. We replace or refund, and we arrange the return freight.

How refunds are paid

By the same means as the payment, within the period stated in the refund note. Write to the address in the company information below to start one.
