Quotes, orders, deliveries and claims go to the address in the company information below. Messages are read on working days and answered in order, normally within one working day.

For a quote, send

• the product and the quantity (a model name or a link to the page is enough);
• the delivery address, for freight;
• for shelving: floor length, height available and the load you expect per shelf;
• for filtration: pipe size, flow and what the water is for.

For an existing order

Quote the invoice number so the salesperson opens the right file.

Requests about your data

The requests described in the Privacy Policy go to the same address.
